Q1: Are you a trading company or a factory?
We are a factory specializing in household appliances for over 15 years.
Q2: Can I get samples for testing?
We can provide one free sample (total value under $30) if you have a DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, or other courier account and agree to pay the shipping cost. If the sample value exceeds $30, we kindly ask you to cover the sample cost and shipping. We will send the sample after receiving your payment.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity is 500 pcs per model. We can customize the control panel, gift box, master carton, and user manual with your logo.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
T/T payment: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Other payment terms can be discussed.
Q5: What is your production capacity?
Low-end range: 800–1,000 pcs/day. High-end range: 2,000–4,000 pcs/day.
Q6: What is the lead time?
Usually 25–35 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. Delivery time depends on product type and order quantity.
Q7: Do you sell spare parts?
We only provide spare parts with a full product order.
Q8: What are your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the most convenient or cost-effective option.
Q9: Can we print our logo or company name on your products or packaging?
Yes, your logo and company name can be printed on products and packaging, such as gift boxes, paper cards, cartons, and user manuals. Free logo printing may require a minimum order quantity.
Q10: What is your guarantee period?
We provide 1% free spare parts for components that commonly get damaged as a guarantee.
